You acknowledge that you use the Services voluntarily and at your own risk, that any health-related information is general and may not apply to your situation, and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer protection rights and any liability the law does not permit us to disclaim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time without notice.
11. Governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
